Kimber Pistols
>Kimber pistols are some of the most accurate and reliable handguns on the market today. Founded in 1979 by Jack and Greg Warne the company has definitely had its growing pains on the way to becoming the company it is today. Originally Kimber of Oregon, Kimber has stretched its arms, produced various pistol lines, and evolved in Kimber of America.
The accuracy and reliability of Kimber pistols as well as the fact that they are highly customizable has attracted many people and organizations to Kimber. Among those organizations are LAPD S.W.A.T. , US Special Forces, and the US Olympic Marksmanship Team.
Kimber offers pistols in two styles, the very popular 1911 style and another that they have named “Solo” . The Solo is a 9mm pistol that is very small and lightweight for concealability. They offer 12 standard variations from their 1911 style line, including customization services for creating a completely unique and personally suited pistol for their discerning customers.

Kimber Solo models
• Solo Carry - Packing the punch of a 9mm, this micro-compact pistol is very small and light weight yet has all the stopping power needed in a crisis. This Kimber pistol was designed with the conceal carry handgun owner in mind.
• Solo Carry Stainless - Exactly the same as the Solo Carry except with a satin silver stainless steel body.
Kimber 1911 models
• Custom II - A cal .45 ACP, with a matte black finish, this is one of Kimbers finest pistols.
• Gold Match II - The overall finest pistol that Kimber offers, there are various versions, including a “Team Match” version that is used by the USA Shooting Rapid Fire Pistol Team.
• Compact II - Available in .45 ACP, 9mm and 38 Super, these models are all mid-size pistols and have short 4-inch barrel that allows them to be carried easier. Available with a number of assessories, the Kimber Compact II is highly customizable.
• Pro Carry II - In the same line and much the same as the Compact II, the Pro Carry II is .45 ACP matte black pistol that is popular as a law enforcement duty weapon and as a conceal carry handgun.
• Ultra Carry II - Another conceal carry pistol, the Ultra Carry II is chambered in .45 ACP and 9MM. This Kimber pistol features blended and beveled edges that provide for better concealability and smooth fast pulls that wont get you hung up at the wrong time.
• Crimson Carry II - At .45 ACP, the pistols are made with lightweight aluminum frames. They are also equipped with Crimson Trace Lasergrips for superior accuracy and improved confidence.
• Tactical II - The pistol comes in several configurations, including the Tactical Ultra II and Tactical Pro II. All of them are available as .45 ACP’s and the Pro model is also offered as a 9MM. This Kimber pistol has features wanted and needed by law enforcement and maintains the excellence needed in a tactical situation.
• Eclipse II - Matching beauty with performance, Kimber offers the Eclipse II in the Ultra and Pro models. All are chambered in .45 ACP with a custom version available in 10MM. The Kimber Eclipse II dims the competition and shows why Kimber is the worlds most popular 1911.
• CDP II - The Kimber CDP (Custom Defense Package) pistol brings together the most popular carry features to create this outstanding personal defense handgun. The CDP is offered in 5 models all chambered in .45 ACP .
• Raptor II - This pistol is available is just about every configuration you can dream up. Created in the Kimber Custom Shop, .45 ACP Raptor II, of course comes with a conceal carry variation that sports a 3-inch barrel and aluminum frame.
• Super Carry - If personal defense is what you are looking for, then the Kimber Super Carry is a good place to start you search. This is a .45 ACP handgun with everything the concealed weapons carry wants built in.
